We're committed to ensuring you love your purchases from us. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of receiving your item(s), we welcome a return. We only ask that the items be returned in their original condition, except for personalised items, which are final sale due to their bespoke nature.

Exchanges:

Australian Customers; Whether you're in Australia or anywhere else around the globe, the following return policy applies to exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, simply follow the return process and let us know what you'd prefer instead.

For Our Australian Customers:
We understand the importance of hassle-free returns. If you're in Australia, returning an item is easy with a complimentary return label we provide, making the process as smooth as possible for you.

For Our International customers:
We're a small business that greatly values your support and understanding. While we're currently unable to offer free returns for customers outside Australia, we encourage careful consideration before making final decision. For gifts, why not consider a Gift Card? They're an excellent way to offer flexibility and ensure the perfect gift. Gift Cards are easily arranged by emailing us at Hello@jodope.com. For sizing please reach out as we also offer custom sizing.

A Note on Sustainability and Costs:
Offering free shipping worldwide means we operate on slim margins. For returns from the Northern Hemisphere, the cost of shipping,can lead to a significant loss for us. This also isn't just about numbers; it reflects our commitment to sustainability and reducing the environmental impact of multiple shipments.

We don't share this to discourage you from shopping with us but to highlight our efforts in offering quality, sustainable products at a fair price. Our natural products are market leaders for a reason, and we've worked diligently to address all questions regarding quality and sustainability.
